Order Processing

Your order will start being processed within 5 business days after successful placement. During peak seasons or promos, processing may take longer, and we’ll try to inform you of major delays.

Shipping Coverage

Info Accuracy

Check all shipping details (name, address, contact) at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete info causing delays/returns may mean you pay reshipping fees.

External Delays

We aim for timely delivery, but extreme weather, disasters, or customs checks can cause delays. We’ll update you if possible but aren’t liable.

Damaged/Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost, contact us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and claim if needed. Keep packaging and items until resolved. We’ll replace or refund based on the outcome.
